At APOPHIS, we check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending!
We strongly believe in the quality of our products and want every APOPHIS customer to be satisfied. However, in case you weren't completely pleased with your order you could still be eligible for a return or exchange.
To return or exchange your item/s, they must comply with the following eligibility criteria:
- Goods must be returned within ten days of receivership.
- Goods must be sent via a trackable post method*.
- Goods must be sent with your name clearly marked on your parcel.
- Goods must be in their original packaging with any labels or tags attached.
- Goods must not be worn (other than to try them on), altered, damaged or washed**.

If requesting an exchange, please provide a suitably sized pre-paid post bag with your return. Your item will be sent to the same address you provided for the original order, unless stated otherwise.
Following an inspection, please allow up to four business days (starting from the date of reception) for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to ten business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.
Please note, refunds do not include shipping.
*APOPHIS is not responsible for damaged or lost items returned by customers.
**APOPHIS has the right to refuse any returns that they feel do not meet with terms and conditions.
